Architect & Urban Designer

HQ Architects, Tel Aviv - Jaffa

​

- Planned small and large scale urban projects including: strategic urban planning and master planning and design of - mixed use neighbourhoods, public complexes and urban renewal projects.

- Conducted spatial data analysis and visualization using QGIS.

- Participated in different stages of the planning process from feasibility studies and the development of a concept phase to the preparation of the bidding documents.

- Architectural planning and design of residential, office and hotel buildings.

- Coordinated planning decisions with clients, consultants, stakeholders, municipalities and citizens

- Took part in several participatory workshops and meetings.

Led several projects and participated as a lead urban designer in the “Horizon 2020 SUNRISE” project as part of the Jerusalem planning team.

- Advised other teams in the office on urban design issues.

- Mentored and guided young architects that joined the urban team while advising them on their daily tasks. 

 

Architect At Nir-Kutz Architects, Tel Aviv - Jaffa

- Planned and prepared various illustrations and drawings such as: master plans, architectural plans, sections, elevations, interior elevations, details and construction drawings including furniture and doors schedules.

- Accompanied firm partners to construction sites to oversee the construction process and discuss progress with clients.

- Projects I was involved in include: Urban planning of mixed use neighbourhoods, architectural planning and design of public, residential and office buildings, interior design of pharmacies, clinics, offices and apartments and public and private landscape architecture.
